Prologis strengthens its team in Spain with Miguel Cogolludo as Property Manager. Miguel is in charge of the Valencia portfolio and shares the property management of the Madrid buildings with Laura Capdevila.
Miguel, an Industrial Engineer from Madrid’s European University, joins Prologis after ten years of experience in property management of large infrastructure projects. Among his major milestones, he worked on the opening of Doha Airport and the management of its customer areas. More recently, Miguel managed a portfolio of industrial logistics buildings representing a total of one and a half million square metres. All this fits perfectly with Prologis' strategy to bring proximity to its customers with its particular attention to the Customer Experience, a fundamental part of the company's values.
Cogolludo also worked in the shopping centre sector, with a special focus on sustainability, including the BREEAM accreditation of buildings and the implementation of actions to improve energy efficiency. He also holds a Masters in Project Management, from the Industrial Engineers College in Madrid.
"Miguel is bringing his extensive experience in property management as well as his knowledge of Customer Experience to Prologis. How we attract, retain and grow with our talent is key to maintaining high standards of quality. Our company, as much as our customers, will benefit from his professional and personal skills", underlines Cristian Oller, Country manager for Prologis Spain.
