Prologis España welcomes Fernando Guerrero, Marta Fernández and Ignacio Brotons. These three new talents come with long experience in the sector. Prologis looks to continually strengthen its teams as part of its determination to give customers the best-possible service.
Fernando Guerrero will be the new Operations Construction Manager (OCM) working out of the Barcelona office, covering a range of areas (from capex to tenant improvement) in coordination with the rest of the team. His responsibilities include the Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia portfolios. Fernando is an architect, having graduated from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and earned a Masters in Building Sciences from the TU Wien in Austria. He has 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, including seven working for CBRE in Barcelona and Vienna. His responsibilities included projects to build and refurbish offices for international clients and providing consultancy services. He also worked as Program Manager for a technology company coordinating services in the EMEA region and as a freelance Project Manager on regeneration of residential assets.
Marta Fernández will be Facility Manager, with shared responsibility for running technical maintenance and repair services in the Madrid market. Her brief will be to meet customers’ current and future needs, working with them proactively to build excellent relationships. Similarly, she will work closely with the company's suppliers’ pool to build up top-quality value-added services. Marta has a Masters in Architecture and BIM Technology and more than 6 years’ experience as an Architect, BIM Manager and Technical Manager at different companies. Her CV includes a spell at CBRE, where she worked as Technical Manager for Retail and Offices. She has also worked as a freelance.
Ignacio Brotons will be the new Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager (RECX) for Prologis España. Ignacio will manage the portfolio for the Barcelona market with a special focus on anticipating customer needs and managing their demands. His role will help develop excellent relations with tenants to maximise Prologis Essentials - the company's value-added services programme. Academically, he has a degree and Masters in Higher Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña. His career includes 6 years in real estate and working for a number of architectural practices. He joined Prologis España from Savills-Aguirre Newman, where he worked as Buildings Technical Manager after joining in 2018. He also developed his knowledge in due diligence and sustainability advisory.
